There
are many support options already on your Chico PC computer.
Each
software application on your system comes with its own Help
area.
This is accessed by clicking on Help in the application's main
menu.
This should always be your first stop in the search for help with
a
problem. Another area that you may wish to check is the folder on
your
hard disk where the application is stored. Look for any text or
readme
files such as "readme.txt" or "readme.html". These files
may
contain
information that was not included in the Help menu section of
the
application.
For problems or questions about Windows 9x, you can click on the
Help
selection via the Start button. This section contains helpful
information,
an index, and a fully searchable database. Don't overlook
the
Troubleshooting section! You can often identify and adjust many
settings
directly from this area and interactively solve many of your
computer

Hardware Support Options on your Chico PC Computer.
Chico PC provides telephone technical support with respect to
installation
and configuration of hardware products included in the
original
Chico PC desktop system purchased from Chico PC. Chico PC
also
provides telephone technical support service with respect to the
configuration
of factory-installed software for thirty (30) days from the
date

If
you are able, call us from a telephone near your computer. If the
problem
includes an error message, please write down as much
information
from the screen as possible, including what you were
doing
before the error occurred. This information can greatly reduce
the
